What This App Does
SocialCreator is an internal social media automation tool used to plan, generate, schedule, publish, and analyse short-form social content for accounts that the operator owns or is authorised to manage.
Information We Process
The app may process connected social account identifiers, OAuth tokens, profile/channel metadata, post drafts, generated captions, generated video asset URLs, publishing status, analytics metrics, audit logs, and operator settings.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to authenticate connected accounts, publish authorised content, measure performance, improve future content ideas, maintain account safety, and provide internal reports to the operator.
Sharing
SocialCreator does not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers required to operate the system, such as social platforms, AI generation providers, email providers, storage providers, hosting providers, and analytics infrastructure.
Security
Access tokens and sensitive integration credentials are intended to be stored encrypted. Access to the app is restricted to authorised operators. Audit logs are maintained for important workflow and integration events.
Data Retention
Operational data is retained for as long as needed to run, audit, improve, and troubleshoot the content automation system, unless deletion is required by law or platform policy.
