Purpose

SocialCreator is an internal software tool for operating authorised social media content workflows, including content planning, AI-assisted asset generation, scheduling, publishing, analytics, and reporting.

Authorised Use

The app may only be used with accounts, pages, profiles, channels, and assets that the operator owns or has clear permission to manage. It must not be used for impersonation, spam, platform manipulation, fake engagement, or unlawful activity.

Platform Rules

Users must comply with the terms, developer policies, community rules, and API requirements of each connected platform, including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and any other integrated service.

Generated Content

AI-generated scripts, captions, prompts, images, and videos should be reviewed where appropriate before publishing. The operator is responsible for ensuring content is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and suitable for the target platform.

Availability

The app is provided as an internal operational tool. Features may change, fail, pause, or require manual intervention when platform APIs, credentials, quotas, reviews, or third-party services are unavailable.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialCreator is provided without warranty. The operator is responsible for account decisions, publishing decisions, monetisation activity, and compliance with applicable rules.
